Intelligent Control Units: The systems are equipped with digital frequency converters that allow fine adjustment of micro-vibrations. This ensures a constant movement of the parts, regardless of voltage variations or the weight of the load in the bowl.

Perfect Synchronization: The bowl output speed is synchronized with the linear rail speed, preventing parts from clogging and ensuring an uninterrupted flow to the pick-up point.

"Escape" Type Mechanism: Uses two pins or two pneumatic blades that work in sync. The first pin stops the column of parts, while the second releases only the part in front. This mechanical sequencing ensures that the robot will never attempt to pick up two parts at once.

Indexing Units: For parts with complex geometry, the system can include a pneumatic actuator that rotates or tilts the part into a secondary orientation, as required by the assembly process.

Component Protection: By avoiding overloading or empty operation, the life of the bowl and drive mechanisms is extended.

Energy Efficiency: The system consumes energy only when necessary (Smart Standby), activating at the request of the sensors on the linear rail.

Integration into Industry 4.0: The signals from these sensors can be sent to a centralized dashboard (WMS/MES) to monitor productivity in real time.
